First of all congradualation for this valuable steps for rural transformation.
Its really feel proud to see someone doing much better than government.
As per my limited understanding about the agriculture of vidarbha region.
First of all, i would like to suggest improve water facilities not only for drinking but also for agriculture. By increasing irrigation facility we can provide overcome the problem of seasonal employment of not only small and marginal farmer but also of landless agricultural labor. Second one is to provide credit facility to remove their attachment with private moneylender. Third one of shifting toward the Organic farming,it will reduce input cost and automatically of high output, that finally will lead to sustainable agriculture. Last but not least, need to apply "form utility" to agricultural produce by farmer so that they can get more income through their agricultural products. For that, they have to focus on non farm activity, means enterprenurship activity leads to more employment .
Being student of TISS, Mumbai and son of small famrer i would like to take part with zeal in this great work.

One week for Nation is an Excellent Project taken up. Rather it should be made compulsory after class 10 in all institutions. All professionals should also take part in this cause and we will see a remarkable change in the outlook of our country men.
